Refund policy

At Haloomyz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-crafted ceramic vase. Because our pieces are made with love and eco-friendly materials, we stand behind their quality with a straightforward return process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these criteria:

  • The vase must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and undamaged).

  • It must be in its original packaging to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at hdstore234@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address for our Aldudes warehouse.

Note: Items sent back to France without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For "Buyer’s Remorse" (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your vase arrives broken or defective, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label or a full replacement at no cost to you.

5. Damaged and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hdstore234@gmail.com so we can make it right.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
